Nomed is a housing marketplace for medical professionals. You submit a request with your hospital, dates, budget, and preferences, and our system matches you with properties that fit. No scrolling through listings. The right options come to you.
Yes. Creating an account and submitting housing requests is free for medical professionals. Property owners and realtors can list for free. We'll give plenty of notice before introducing any paid features.
On Furnished Finder and Zillow, you browse listings and hope someone responds. On Nomed, you submit one request and properties that fit your location, budget, and dates are matched to you automatically. When you express interest, the owner gets notified with your verified profile, so every connection is real.
After creating an account, click "Find Housing" and fill out your request with your hospital location, assignment dates, budget range, and preferences. Our system will automatically match you with properties that fit, ranked by relevance. You can mark properties as "Interested" or skip them.

When you submit a request, our system finds properties within your specified radius of your hospital, filters by your budget, dates, and preferences (furnished, parking, pets, etc.), and ranks them by fit. You see the best matches first. As new properties are listed, your matches update automatically.
The property owner gets notified with your verified profile: your profession, hospital, assignment dates, and budget. If they accept, you're connected and can exchange contact info to work out the details. Neither side sees the other's contact info until both say yes.

A match happens when a tenant's request aligns with your property: their hospital is within the radius your property covers, their budget fits your asking price, their dates align with your availability, and your property meets their preference filters (furnished, parking, pets, etc.).
You can list apartments, houses, condos, townhouses, studios, and private rooms, for both rent and sale. Each listing includes property type, bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, amenities, photos, and pricing.
