I'm renting a furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom in my shared home in SW Austin to a travel nurse on assignment. Available now for a 1 to 3 month stay, with a 30-day minimum. Great fit for travel nurses: the terms are built around 13-week assignments. I keep irregular hours myself, so night shifts and odd schedules are no problem here. Close to Baylor Scott & White Austin (Hwy 290), Ascension Seton Southwest, and St. David's South Austin. - $1,150 for the first 30 days, paid before move-in - Utilities included - No deposit - Additional weeks after the first 30 days: $270 each, by agreement - Bed, small desk, and chest of drawers provided - Google Fiber high-speed internet - Washer and dryer in a small laundry room - Kitchen access with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher - Linens and towels provided - Hair dryer, iron, and coffee maker Two friendly puppies live here, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs. One friendly tenant dog may be considered if compatible with the puppies. Please bring to the video meet. The home stays at 73 to 74 F degrees, lower and it simply too cold for me, I'm sure I will lose a lot of you! :) Driveway parking is shared and requires fitting the cars carefully; Just one car + person renting's car. Smoking is OK outside, just not indoors. Heads-up: through December, I host a men's group from church in the living room on Wednesday evenings, 7 to 9 PM. A video call with the prospective roommate is required before any agreement. Please message with a short introduction, your assignment dates, typical shift schedule, and whether you'd bring a dog.
